Trimiklini Market, a lively weekly market that takes place mountain village of Trimiklini, not so far away from Limassol Disctrict, where locals gather to buy and sell fresh produce, crafts, and traditional goods.
WHEN IS IT?
It is held every Saturday and Sunday morning, this market is the perfect place to experience genuine Cypriot village life. Stalls overflow with colorful fruits and vegetables, homemade cheeses, fragrant herbs, and freshly baked breads. It’s also a great spot to find handmade crafts, textiles, and souvenirs made by local artisans.

HOW NOT TO BE A TOURIST

Arrive in the morning to catch the freshest produce and the liveliest atmosphere.
2.Bring Cash
Many vendors prefer cash payments, so have some euros on hand.
3.Try Local Specialties
Don’t miss tasting halloumi, fresh olives, loukoumades and traditional pastries offered by the sellers.
4.Respect the Community
Be polite and patient, engage warmly with locals, and ask before photographing people or their goods, and maybe use the translator cause most probably they do not speak English.
